How is my price calculated?
We will bill you once per month according to how many users are registered in your account, at $9 per user per month. So, your price will adjust automatically to the number of users in your account, from month to month. You can add and remove users at any time, without having to change your subscription.
How do I pay?
You pay with the credit card that you provide when you sign up for the paid subscription.
Which credit cards can I use?
You can use Visa and MasterCard. We don't support American Express yet, sorry, except if you sign up for a yearly subscription. For more on this, please contact us.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes, we will send you an invoice each month, by email. It's a legally valid invoice that you can use in your accounting. If you're based in the EU, the invoice uses the EU VAT handling rules.
How do I start a trial?
Try the instant demo by clicking the green "Try now" button. This will create an account for you on the fly. You can keep this account and start your free 30-day trial by clicking the link at the top of the page inside Scrumwise. We won't ask for your credit card until you sign up for the paid subscription.
How do I sign up for the paid subscription?
In your trial account, go to the tab "Your company account" in the settings of Scrumwise, and click the "Sign up" button on the monthly subscription.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes, you can cancel your account at any time. You won't be billed anymore after you do that. To cancel your account, see here.
Do you have other pricing plans?
Yes, you can sign up for a yearly subscription instead, with payment upfront via bank transfer or credit card. For more on this, please contact us.
